Secure garaging for one car is available at the side of the property.  There is space for another 1-2 cars to park on the driveway, allowing up to 3 cars to be parked "off street". The private deck is accessed only from the living area and is therefore totally secure, making it ideal for young children.

Outdoor dining is a delight at the 8-seater table under the umbrella in summer. Or relax in the beach style chairs with a good book.

Enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the Ziggy Bar-B-Que. On arriving home from a trip to the beach, you can rinse off under the hot & cold outdoor shower.
