Impeccable Taste in Informal Luxury
"This was our second stay at the Diamond Chalet and again it provided a great venue for our family reunion. The access is terrific for elderly parents and great communal space around the kitchen area as well as a separate lounge for quiet times. Our stay was in July so the central heating was a great barrier to the chilliness of winter outside. We used the barbeque area during the day when the weather was sunny and the enclosed garden area provided privacy as well as protection from the elements creating a great outside space. As per usual we had a wonderful time in a wonderful location. Jacqui, the hostess, is extremely professional and welcoming and it is great to see the Diamond Chalet charm retained whilst the layout and amenities have been developed for stylish comfort." Rachel
Wonderful Residence & Hospitality
"Cannot recommend Jacqui's residence and hospitality too highly! Every possible need was anticipated, and the quality of the accommodation was exceptional, from the luxuriously dressed and very comfortable beds, to the thoughtful personal touches (chocolates, wine, deluxe toiletries). Lovely outdoor BBQ area. The garage and off-street parking was ideal. Our first experience with an Airbnb has been fantastic." Victoria
Memorable Stay
"We stayed at the diamond chalet when we came up for a wedding in Newcastle and the hunter valley. It was a wonderful stay, from the cleanliness, to the extremely comfortable beds, all the creature comforts we could need. It was a haven in a very busy 3 days. The location was a bonus- being so close to all the cafes etc. The host, Jacqui was extremely helpful with information about local cafes/walks etc. We look forward to coming again and would definitely try to stay here again and explore the local area more. "From the moment we opened the door we knew we had lucked out. The Diamond Chalet is simply beautiful. We could not fault the attention to detail and effort put in to make our stay luxurious and relaxing. The place is quiet, yet very central and you can't help but fall in love with it, put your feet up and enjoy. It provided the perfect escape for us and with 4 adults, did not feel crowded at all. Beautiful Inside and Out
"This is a beautiful house inside and out. The decor and landscaping are simply breathtaking. The beds are comfortable, the space is flexible and plenty and there are so many thoughtful touches that make your holiday a breeze. That includes umbrellas, beach towels and an amazing selection of crockery. There's even a tea pot. It couldn't have been better. Great Location - So Peaceful
"This Chalet was beautiful- host Jacqui provided great details for check in as well as a number of surrounding coffee and food recommendations which made the whole stay seamless & easy. The location was great, so close to everything yet still so peaceful. The house itself was absolutely jaw-dropping, beautiful furniture and features throughout- not to mention an amazing purple princess lounge as well as cute little toiletry bags for each of the guests.
