Minimum stays

• Minimum 2 night stay.

• During Christmas / New Year Period 5 nights minimum. 

 

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 6.

• The bedding configuration is two king beds and one queen bed.

Parking

Off street parking is available for 2 cars.

 

Parking on the street is timed to 2 hours Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Sat 9am-1pm. Outside of these hours the parking is untimed.

Extra cleaning

If the property is left in a state which requires extra cleaning over and above what would normally be required, it will be charged at the rate of $65 per hour.

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Early check in or late check out is available where possible, but may only be confirmed at the last minute, as it is dependent on the bookings at that time.
